Here is just one of our roles our restaurant has for a gun Sous Chef. In the heart of Sydney's CBD lies this iconic venue with unparalleled views across Sydney harbour. It is renowned for its seafood-focused menu, infused with Asian flavours and refined with French techniques.
Most meat and seafoods are broken down from scratch in-house and they prepare all dishes with house made elements. The kitchen is equipped with an onsite tandoori oven and the chefs are rotated around different sections regularly.

This enormously successful globally recognised restaurant is seeking talented and passionate Sous Chefs to reinforce the brigade and help lead the team.
