- About the Role: As a Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen team, overseeing menu creation, food preparation, and staff management to ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team in daily operations and menu planning.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen supplies.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in commercial cookery or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Head Chef role.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and organisational skills.
- Food Safety and Hygiene certifications preferred.
