As an Administration Assistant, you will have a key role in our Administration team which handles a wide range of duties, and learn multiple skills sets that will broaden your knowledge & capabilities. If you are interested in coming to work with a good mindset, working to the best of your ability, & surrounding yourself with a light-hearted & supportive work environment then this role is for you!
Duties of the role include (but are certainly not limited to):
Accurate data entry
Ability to problem solve
Liaising with building & supplier companies in professional & friendly engagements
Remain well informed with the progress of jobs to provide relevant feedback & updates on job status'
Job noting all relevant information from multiple sources
Interpret 2D plans & drawings, as 3D projects & material
Assisting our Purchasing & Scheduling teams
Ideal candidate attributes:
Team player who uses initiative to assist other staff members
Residential construction background, on site or in office, is helpful but not essential
Those with an understanding of the construction industry will have a distinct advantage. However, if you have exceptional communication, time management, customer service & organisation skills you are highly encouraged to apply.
