The Senior School administrative officer role supports the Senior School Team in the areas of:
VET Data management and certificate issuance
QCAA Student Management enrolments and quality assurance
Subject Change processes
USI and Tax File number support
VISA support
Attendance monitoring

About You:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment. You are highly organised, structured, and adaptable, with the ability to manage both high-level responsibilities and day-to-day tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
While experience in the education sector is not essential, it would be highly regarded. More importantly, you bring a collaborative attitude, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
