The candidate must have an excellent presentation, the highest standards of delivery in a hatted restaurant environment (or Michelin star), a strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills, strong team player, excellent people and time management skills and the ability to work with international staff, excellence in delivering quality customer service and customer satisfaction ratings including brand standards.
Hours: Full time 40 hours per week
Experience Required: min 2 years in relevant role

Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include
Preparing and baking sour dough bread loaves, baguettes, rolls.
Preparing viennoiserie, pastries inclusive of glazing pastries
kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough
monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and pastry products
operating machines which roll and mould dough
ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations for operation of equipment
