Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing custom cabinets and furniture according to client specifications. This role involves interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate materials, and using a range of hand and power tools to produce high-quality woodwork.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Measure and cut wood and other materials accurately.
• Assemble and install cabinets, countertops, shelves, and furniture.
• Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Make modifications or repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to meet project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cabinet maker or woodworker.
• Minimum 3-5 years of cabinet making or woodworking experience required.
• Custom cabinetry experience is essential for this position.
• Knowledge of woodworking tools, machines, and techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
