About the Role:
In the role of Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include overseeing a designated kitchen section, ensuring that the dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented to meet elevated standards.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all dishes from the assigned section are prepared to the highest quality and in a timely manner.
Prepare and cook dishes according to the established recipes, standards, and specifications.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory levels for the assigned section.
Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination during busy periods.
Requirements:
Completion of a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef
Proficiency in culinary techniques and a comprehensive understanding of food preparation.
Have good communication skills and attitude, familiar with teamwork.
