Key Responsibilities

·         Preparation and cooking of quality Meals

·         Support menu planning, wine selection, and special events

·         Creating new dishes regularly, making sauce, doing prep, stock control and kitchen organization

·         Knowledge of ordering, food cost & budget targets

·         Oversee daily restaurant operations, assist bar service,  reservations, and guest experience

·         Work on weekend and public holiday.

·         Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

·         Learn and grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment

About you

·         Sponsorship is offered to right candidate

·         1 to 2 relevant experience and training will be provided

·         Understanding of workplace health and safety principals

·         RSA certification
