Tracc Civil is an industry leading civil construction and earthmoving company based in Bibra Lake, Western Australia with projects spread throughout the Perth Metropolitan Area.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Project Surveyor to join our existing Survey team. As Project Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of construction work and the creation of as-constructed drawings.
Collaborating with an experienced construction team you will have the opportunity to work on diverse civil projects ranging from $300k to $10 million and utilize your expertise in surveying equipment and software.

Requirements:
Professional qualifications in surveying, engineering OR substantial industry experience in construction
Previous experience as a surveyor with a focus on roadworks, drainage projects, including preparation of as-constructed drawings
Proficient with Topcon survey equipment, Civil CAD, GPS and Magnet software
White Card
Valid Driver's Licence
Basic computer skills, including email and organisational systems
Understanding of plant operations, construction methods and HSEQ regulations
Ability to read project plans/specs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
Calculate and draft digital data in accordance with supplied construction drawings
Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to plan works effectively and prevent delays
Forecast survey requirements and project activities for the upcoming 1-2 weeks
Conduct survey set out of projects and communicate survey set out and quantity requirements to construction personnel
Preparing As Constructed documentation
Liaise with licensed surveyors, local authorities and service authorities
Ensure the correct use of relevant survey information and documents
Maintain ground survey for construction crews
Prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Survey Assistants if necessary
Attend site meetings as required
