The role
As a skilled Carpenter you will be passionate about, and dedicated to, delivering exceptional results. In this full time hands-on role, you will be working on a variety of residential construction projects, contributing your expertise to the successful construction of high-quality custom homes.
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

• Interpret plans and specifications to carry out carpentry and joinery work to a high standard
• Perform a range of carpentry tasks including formwork, framing, installing doors and windows, building cabinetry, and fitting trims and finishes
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Formal trade qualification in Carpentry
• Experience as a carpenter on residential construction projects
• Detail-oriented and meticulous professional who takes pride in producing exceptional work.
• Construction White Card (or ability to obtain)
• Formwork experience an advantage
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Own tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical fitness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of the importance of maintaining a clean and tidy worksite
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
