We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Curry Cook / Chef to join our talented kitchen team. This position is available for immediate start and visa sponsorship (Subclass 482/494) may be offered to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present authentic Indian curries, sauces, and gravies with consistency and quality.
Ensure dishes align with Manjits’ recipes, flavour profiles, and presentation standards.
Manage daily food preparation for service, including mise en place and portion control.
Supervise and train kitchen staff where required.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with all food safety regulations.
Assist with menu planning, stock rotation, and inventory management.
Coordinate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service.
