About the Role:
As a Demi Chef for, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast meals, ensuring customer satisfaction with each dish. Your role will include managing breakfast service, maintaining kitchen operations, and adhering to food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present breakfast dishes to the highest standard.
Manage breakfast service, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering kitchen supplies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to optimise operations.
Requirements:
At least a Certificate IV in commercial cookery or above
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role
Expertise in preparing and cooking various breakfast dishes, from classic options to creative specialties.
Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in Food Safety and Hygiene are preferred.

A valid English language certificate is needed, with an overall IELTS score of at least 5.5 and no individual section scoring less than 5.0.
Depending on where you are placed or your nationality, you may need to complete a skill assessment from either TRA or VETASSESS, the relevant Australian skill assessing authorities.
