Role Overview
As a Duty Manager, you will be key to ensuring the venue runs smoothly while upholding exceptional service standards. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, enhancing the guest experience, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a great guest experience by maintaining ambiance and cleanliness.
Train and support staff to deliver excellent service.
Quickly resolve guest issues while considering business needs.
Handle security, emergency procedures, and financial reconciliation.
Ensure all operations follow liquor laws and service policies.
Promote a safe and positive work environment.
Manage stock levels and supplier orders efficiently.
Control costs and maintain profit margins.
About You:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position in Australia.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
