Olio’s Fine Food is a premium hospitality and events company based in Perth. We deliver luxury dining experiences, corporate functions, and bespoke private events led by internationally trained chefs and event professionals.
We are growing and seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our expanding team.
The Role
You’ll plan, coordinate, and deliver high-end events — from conferences and corporate launches to private celebrations. This is a hands-on role combining logistics, client management, and creative event execution.
Main duties:
Plan and manage conferences, functions, and bespoke dining events.
Coordinate venues, catering, AV, décor, and logistics.
Liaise with clients to develop proposals, budgets, and run sheets.
Manage supplier contracts and ensure smooth event delivery.
Oversee staff and contractors on-site.
Support brand activations and promotional events.
Skills & Experience
Diploma or higher in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or Communications.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in event or conference management.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and multiple events.
Experience in high-end or corporate hospitality preferred.
