Led by internationally acclaimed Chef Oliver Buenviaje, our team delivers world-class service and creativity across a diverse portfolio of events, brand collaborations, and hospitality activations.
As our business continues to expand across corporate, luxury, and destination markets, we are seeking a highly organised and experienced Event Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional, large-scale and bespoke events.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-end events and hospitality activations.
This role requires a professional with strong operational knowledge, creative flair, and an ability to deliver flawless events end-to-end — from concept through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Liaising with corporate and private clients to plan and manage conferences, gala dinners, cocktail events, and luxury hospitality experiences.
Preparing event proposals, budgets, and service packages in line with client briefs and company standards.
Coordinating logistics such as venue selection, catering, AV, décor, transport, and accommodation.
Managing event registrations, schedules, supplier contracts, and post-event reporting.
Overseeing on-site event operations and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Promoting events through marketing channels, partnerships, and brand activations.
Working closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to align operational delivery with Olio’s premium brand experience.
About You
We’re looking for a driven professional with strong attention to detail, leadership capability, and a passion for crafting memorable guest experiences.
You will have:
A relevant qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or Communications (minimum Diploma level or above).
At least 3 years of full-time experience in event or conference management at a similar skill level.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and stakeholders under pressure.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and clients.
A creative mindset with an understanding of premium hospitality environments.
The ability to lead small teams and coordinate contractors on event days.
