The successful applicant would ideally possess many of the attributes below.

• Trade qualified with heavy structural steel experience is essential
• Standard AS 1554.1 and pass a weld test
• Ability to read shop & CAD drawings
• Reliable & punctual
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Pride in workmanship
• Work well to timeframes & deadlines
• Proactive attitude to OHS
• Forklift licence preferred
