Your Role:

As a skilled Painter you will be passionate about, and dedicated to, delivering exceptional results

• Carry out meticulous painting and surface preparation on a range of residential construction projects (new-build)
• Apply high-quality finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Ensure worksite safety and cleanliness are maintained
• Projects are scheduled to commence Quarter 1 of 2026 – this is an expression of interest for upcoming roles

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent experience)
• Extensive experience, ideally including custom home builds.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous professional who take pride in a flawless finish.
• Strong understanding of paint systems, surface preparation, and coating application
• Competent in brush, roller, and spray techniques
• Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently or as part of a small team
• Reliable transport and basic tools required
• White Card
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour in line with the requirements of the position.
• Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understand the importance of maintaining a clean and tidy worksite..
