Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the maintenance and cleaning operations of client facilities.
• Manage service contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and quality standards.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with clients to address facility-related issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets related to facility operations.
• Supervise and train facility staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least two years of relevant post-qualification experience in facilities management.
• Proven experience in managing multiple service contracts across various facilities.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
