We are exclusively partnering with a leading Australian agribusiness to recruit a Ginning Site Manager for a key operational site in Regional NSW. This role offers the chance to lead a high-performing team in a 24/7 cotton ginning operation, contributing to one of Australia's most prominent and progressive agricultural enterprises.
This is a full-time, on-site leadership role suited to someone with a strong mechanical mindset, operational leadership experience, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, seasonal manufacturing environment. Visa sponsorship is available for the right international candidate with the relevant qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day ginning operations across a team of 30-40 staff, including seasonal and international workers
Drive efficiency and throughput
Oversee safety systems, permits, and KRA reporting across shifts
Deliver planned maintenance and energy optimisation projects in the off-season
Maintain smooth flow from cotton modules to bales, ensuring operational continuity
Work collaboratively with technical and logistics teams to implement digital reporting tools and performance metrics
Provide mentorship and structure to seasonal team leaders and casual labour
Contribute to infrastructure upgrades and process improvement initiatives
Key qualities we're looking for:
Background in ginning, agriculture, &/or industrial production environments
Strong mechanical/engineering or electrical aptitude (trade or degree highly regarded)
Experience managing high-volume, shift-based teams
Familiarity with digital systems for reporting, monitoring, and data analysis
Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
Ability to manage compliance processes and safety systems
Willingness to live and work in regional NSW (accommodation provided)
