About the Role: As a Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen team, overseeing menu creation, food preparation, and staff management to ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead the kitchen team in daily operations and menu planning.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen supplies.
Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
Requirements:
Certificate IV in commercial cookery or higher.
At least 3 years of experience in a Head Chef role.
Strong leadership, creativity, and organisational skills.
Food Safety and Hygiene certifications preferred.

A valid English language certificate (IELTS minimum overall score of 5.5, with no band below 5.0).
