You'll be part of a professional kitchen team delivering modern pub and restaurant -style dishes, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to company standards
• Maintain food quality, portion, and presentation consistency
• Uphold kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Assist with menu preparation and daily specials
• Support teamwork and smooth kitchen operations

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Passion for food, teamwork, and excellence
• Reliability and a positive, professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the team
