Lead hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance
Own daily performance: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, cost control
Workforce planning: rosters, hiring, training, performance & WHS compliance
Revenue management with PMS/Channel Manager (e.g., Opera/Cloudbeds), rate & inventory strategy
Budgeting & reporting to ownership (weekly/monthly KPIs)
Supplier management; coordinate preventatives & rectifications with Maintenance
Oversee compliance: RSA/Food Safety, audit readiness, cash controls, incident response
Handle escalations/complaints; be available for after-hours decisions as needed
About you - skills & experience
3-5+ years hotel operations leadership (Hotel/Assistant/Duty Manager level)
Strong people leadership; proven record improving RevPAR, costs and guest reviews
Proficient with PMS/Channel Manager and OTA extranet management
Solid budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills (Excel or BI tools)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; calm under pressure
Desirable: Hospitality/Business Diploma, RSA, Food Safety Supervisor, First Aid
