Experience Required: min 2 years in a relevant role, experience within the Defence/and or consulting industry would be advantageous.

Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include
*Coordinating job vacancy advertisements, conducting applicant interviews and assessments, and managing staff selection processes.
*Managing employee records and maintaining related HR information systems.
*Advising management on workplace relations, including policies, procedures, performance management, and disciplinary issues.
*Ensuring the Quality Management System is up to date and in line with applicable legislation, policies, and processes for HR.
*Organising staff onboarding programs and communicating details about employment conditions, remuneration, and career progression opportunities.
*Collecting and recording vacancy details from employers, including role descriptions, salary information, and terms of employment.
*Sharing up-to-date information on organisational job openings with both employers and job seekers.
*Negotiating employment terms and conditions while addressing and resolving workplace disputes or grievances.
*Reviewing and interpreting relevant legislation, awards, agreements, contracts, pay systems, and dispute resolution frameworks.
*Designing, developing, and implementing enterprise agreements or collective arrangements covering areas such as wage adjustments, workplace relations strategies, and operational procedures.
*Supervising the establishment and activities of workplace consultative groups and employee engagement initiatives.
*Support the design, development, implementation, and ongoing administration of the Learning and Development program.
