This role is ideal for professionals who possess a strong understanding of orchard operations and demonstrate expertise in optimizing water use for maximum efficiency.

We’re looking for a capable, hands-on Irrigation Coordinator to join our team at our Murrawee farm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing daily irrigation schedules and ensuring optimal water delivery across all blocks
• Monitoring soil moisture, irrigation systems, and fertigation programs (Experience with MAIT irrigation software is desired but not essential)
• Troubleshooting and repairing irrigation faults, valves, and pumps
• Working closely with the Farm Manage to implement efficient irrigation strategies
• Recording data and maintaining irrigation performance logs
• Supporting seasonal orchard activities as required

What We’re Looking For

• Solid hands-on experience with farm irrigation systems (drip and fertigation preferred) Delete sprinkler
• Strong practical knowledge of water management and system maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider farm team
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and system improvements
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
