• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalised, evidence-based treatment plans

• Delivering meaningful interventions that help clients achieve their independence and participation goals

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress

• Engaging in professional development with experienced clinical mentors

• Contributing ideas and initiatives to improve services and enhance client outcomes

What We're Looking For

• AHPRA registration (or eligibility)

• Experience in NDIS, community, or private practice (new grads welcome!)

• Excellent communication, empathy, and clinical reasoning skills

• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Reliability, teamwork, and a passion for quality client care
