What You'll Be Doing
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
Delivering meaningful interventions that help clients achieve their independence and participation goals
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress
Engaging in professional development with experienced clinical mentors
Contributing ideas and initiatives to improve services and enhance client outcomes
What We're Looking For
AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
Experience in NDIS, community, or private practice (new grads welcome!)
Excellent communication, empathy, and clinical reasoning skills
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Reliability, teamwork, and a passion for quality client care
