Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, portion, and ferment fresh pizza dough daily, including working with prefermented dough (e.g. biga)
• Cook pizzas using a Marana Forni wood- and gas-fired rotating oven
• Prepare fresh pizza ingredients (e.g. sauces, toppings, cheeses, meats, vegetables)
• Monitor oven heat, wood/gas usage, and rotation for consistent baking
• Maintain a clean and organised pizza station
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with cleaning and end-of-shift kitchen duties
• Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods

About You:

• At least 2 years' experience as a pizza chef or pizzaiolo
• Skilled in dough preparation and wood-fired pizza cooking
• Willingness to learn advanced dough techniques (e.g. biga, long fermentation)
• Familiarity with Marana Forni ovens is a bonus
• High attention to detail, timing, and consistency
• Physically fit and comfortable working in high-heat environments
• Reliable, team-oriented, and punctual
• Basic kitchen English preferred
