About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality plastering and decorative finish services while contributing to a collaborative and professional team environment.

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Installing cornices, mouldings, and feature walls
• Managing your own projects and liaising directly with clients
• Installing and finishing plasterboard to the highest standards
• Working on suspended ceilings, bulkheads, and Level 5 finishes
• Applying microcement and Venetian plaster (training provided if needed)

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A current driver’s licence and white card
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Honesty, reliability, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
• A trade qualification in plastering and proven hands-on experience
• Experience in microcement or Venetian plaster (or eagerness to learn)
