Lead high-impact demolition and remediation projects with leader in the NT

They are seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven senior Project Manager who’s not afraid of hard work and brings a strong work ethic to everything they do. You’ll oversee technically complex, compliance-led demolition and remediation projects with a focus on innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and environmental outcomes.
About the Role
You’ll take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of demolition, deconstruction, and land remediation projects, with a focus on:
· Contaminant and asbestos management
· Circular economy practices and resource recovery
· Government and industry stakeholder engagement
· ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 compliance
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver projects on time and within budget
· Lead and mentor project teams and subcontractors
· Manage client reporting, RFIs, variations, and progress claims
· Oversee financial performance including budgeting and forecasting
· Maintain ISO compliant documentation and registers
· Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance across sites
Essential Criteria
· Minimum 5 years' experience in demolition and contaminant project management
· Strong negotiation and communication skills with clients
· Demonstrated ability to effectively read and interpret drawings and contract documentation
· Strong ability to create, implement, and control project timelines
· Demonstrated ability to plan and implement business strategies
· Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting
· High personal integrity and leadership accountability
· Strong values-based leadership and team management capability
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with digital devices and industry software
· Current driver’s licence
Desirable Criteria
· Project management qualification
· Good working knowledge of plant and machinery
