We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team.
This position is ideal for nurses who are already residing in Australia, hold current AHPRA registration, and are looking for employer sponsorship to continue their nursing career in aged care.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting residents’ wellbeing, and leading care staff in alignment with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
What you'll be doing
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of residents
Administering medications and monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
Providing leadership, guidance and support to the nursing team
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and organisational policies
Effectively communicating with residents, families and the broader care team
What we're looking for
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
Currently residing in Australia (essential)
Significant experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
Strong clinical skills and expertise in managing the diverse health needs of older adults
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A compassionate, person-centred approach to care
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Sponsorship
Employer sponsorship is available for eligible candidates who are already in Australia and meet the Department of Home Affairs requirements.
Overseas applicants without current AHPRA registration or Australian residence will not be considered at this stage.
