Our 31-bed home provides exceptional care for residents with varying needs, from low to high care. We are committed to creating a warm, supportive environment for both residents and staff.

The Role
We are seeking passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership and hands-on care, ensuring the highest standards of resident-centered care. This position is ideal for a person looking for a tree change and a rewarding role in a friendly rural community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care in line with legislation and aged care standards
• Complete comprehensive assessments and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and manage wound care
• Lead and support care teams, including PCW's, through effective delegation

About You

• Current AHPRA registration
• Strong commitment to safe, high-quality clinical practice
• Experience in aged care and knowledge of Strengthened Aged Care Standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using electronic systems and technology
