We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-
to-day operations of our combined petrol station, Kitchen and grocery store. The
ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of retail
operations, and the ability to manage staff, inventory, and customer service
efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
? Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of the petrol station and grocery
retail areas.
? Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to meet customer
demands.
? Supervise, train, and coordinate staff, including rostering and performance management.
? Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase
sales.
? Maintain inventory control, ensure product quality, and manage supplier relationships.
? Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
? Oversee fuel deliveries, pricing adjustments, and point-of-sale system
updates.
? Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Skills & Experience Required:
? Previous experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager in a petrol
station, supermarket, or convenience store.
? Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
? Good understanding of stock management, sales reporting, and staff
supervision.
? Excellent customer service and communication skills.
? Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.? Relevant qualification in Business, Management, or Retail (desirable).
