About the Role: You will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that junior kitchen staff are supported in their roles.
Responsibilities:
Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient operation.
Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to the menu.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Requirements:
Certificate IV in commercial cookery or higher.
At least 3 years of experience as a CDP or higher.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Food Safety and Hygiene certifications preferred.
