The Role
As a Solid Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing plaster and render coatings to a consistently high standard. This includes everything from surface preparation, priming, and base coats to decorative finishes such as Venetian plaster and concrete effects. You will work with a strong focus on safety, precision, and quality, ensuring polished and durable results on every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measuring, mixing, and applying plaster/render materials to specification
• Preparing and protecting surfaces prior to application
• Applying primer coats, reinforcement layers, and textured finishes
• Using decorative techniques including Microcement and Venetian Plaster
• Leading and collaborating with team members to deliver projects on time and to an exceptional standard
• Ensuring compliance with all Queensland safety standards

You’re a qualified Solid Plasterer who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and quality. You work well both independently and as part of a team, and you’re committed to delivering exceptional results on every project.
