About the role:

The venue is a favourite for locals and visitors, a popular place for a plate of freshly shucked oysters and watching the pelicans on the deck.

Working within the Thirty Three Degrees kitchen team you will report directly to the Head Chef and be responsible for delivering a high level of productivity, amazing experiences for our guests and a product that exceeds expectation. We are looking for a hard-working, passionate chef/cook to assist us full time.

About You:

• Trade qualification or equivalent (Cert III in Commercial Cookery)
• Dedication to the production, preparation and presentation of dishes of the highest quality
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
• Team player attitude and willingness to work within a large, diverse team
• Commitment and passion for high-end service always ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Adhere to strict stock rotation and minimum wastage guidelines
• Ability to maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment
• Want to grow and progress within the industry
