About the Role
We’re seeking a caring, motivated Speech Pathologist to join our growing team. You’ll work with a diverse paediatric caseload (aged 6 months-18 years), providing assessment and therapy across speech, language, literacy, feeding and social communication. Early intervention is a particular area of passion, as is feeding therapy. If you would like to grow your skills in these areas we would love to support you.
In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and families as part of a multidisciplinary team to:
- Deliver evidence-based Speech Pathology services for adults and/or children.
- Lead clinical assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain compliance with NDIS standards and preparing goal-focused client reports.
- Stay up to date with best practice to drive ongoing clinical excellence.
About You
You’re a great fit if you:
- Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist with at least 2+ years of experience (adults and/or children).
- Commitment to high clinical standards and ongoing professional development.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- National Police Check, Working With Children Check / Working With Vulnerable People Check, and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Driver's Licence and a registered, insured vehicle.
