About the Opportunity
There are a variety of roles available, including full clinical, full community, or a mix of both, with opportunities to work with adults, pediatrics, or a combination of both.

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.
• Developing tailored therapy plans to support client needs.
• Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to ensure a holistic and client-centered approach.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to enhance communication and swallowing function.

About You

• Looking to move to Australia for an exciting career opportunity!
• Completed tertiary degree in Speech Therapy
• Currently registered in  Ireland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada or New Zealand  you will be eligible for mutual recognition - no further studies required!
• Proven experience working as a Speech Pathologist for 1+ year managing a diverse caseload
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
