About the Role:
As a Sushi Chef with us, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and delicious sushi dishes that showcase the freshest ingredients and traditional techniques.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure the highest level of food quality, freshness, and consistency.
Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members in sushi preparation techniques.
Requirements:
Complete a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or a related qualification
Minimum 3 years experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role.
Deep knowledge of sushi ingredients, techniques, and traditions.
Have good communication skills and attitude, familiar with teamwork.

A valid English language certification, such as the IELTS, with no component below 5.0 and an overall score of at least 5.5 is required.
