Due to continued business growth, we are now seeking an experienced and reliable Sushi Maker to join our team.?
Key Responsibilities
Prepare sushi rice, rolls, and other menu items according to our recipes and food safety procedures
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation consistency
Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation, and daily cleaning tasks
Follow all workplace health and safety standards
?Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sushi or Japanese cuisine preparation
Strong knowledge of sushi rice preparation, acidification, and safe food handling
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
English language proficiency (Intermediate level or higher)
This position is eligible for visa sponsorship under the South West DAMA program (Designated Area Migration Agreement)
