Description

We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Chef to join a busy Indian restaurant in Western Sydney.

Requirements:

• Experience operating a tandoor independently

• Able to prepare naan, roti, kebabs, tikka, and other tandoori dishes

• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
