Venue Manager – Full-Time

Full-Time Opportunity | Dynamic & Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Venue Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy hospitality venue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to managing staff and venue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organise special functions, sporting, gaming, and entertainment activities.
• Oversee product range, stock levels, and service standards to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Promote and sell venue goods and services to maximise revenue and customer engagement.
• Ensure full compliance with liquor, gaming, health, and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and review policies, programs, and procedures to improve customer service and operational performance.
• Promote venue facilities, conferences, conventions, and trade shows to potential clients.
• Organise and manage the purchase and maintenance of transport vehicles, equipment, and fuel as required.
• Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing and motivated team.
• Uphold occupational health and safety standards across all venue operations.

About You:

• Proven experience in venue, hospitality, or operations management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of liquor and gaming compliance.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive sales and service quality.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
