About the Business YH PROFESSIONAL TILING PTY LTD is a well-established professional tiling company based in Melbourne, VIC. We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Wall and Floor Tiler to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Examining plans and measuring surfaces to be covered.
• Preparing surfaces by removing old tiles, adhesive, and filling holes.
• Spreading adhesive and setting tiles (ceramics, clay, slate, marble, etc.) in position.
• Cutting and shaping tiles using hand and power tools.
• Aligning and straightening tiles using levels and squares.
• Grouting, cleaning, and polishing finished surfaces.

Requirements

• Qualification: Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (or equivalent international qualification).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Driver's License: Must hold a valid Australian Driver's License (Full Victorian License preferred).
• Transport: Reliable personal transport is required to travel between various job sites.
• Ability to work across various sites in the Melbourne Metropolitan area.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
• Valid White Card and basic hand tools.
