IT Program Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Program Manager to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale transitions in a multi-vendor environment, with a specific focus on Operational Excellence and IT Transformation initiatives.
- Hybrid working at office location: 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo, Sydney
- Full time, 37.5 hours per week

We will count on you to:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to organise, direct, and coordinate IT programs and projects, ensuring effective management of daily operations related to resource allocation, scheduling, prioritisation, and task coordination to successfully meet program milestones, objectives, and deliverables within defined project timeframes and budgets
- Assess information requirements and define technology solutions to address those needs, while developing and guiding IT strategies, policies, and plans
- Lead the selection and implementation of IT resources, ensuring comprehensive user training and support are provided
- Manage IT operations by establishing priorities among system development, maintenance, and operational tasks, while safeguarding the security of all systems
- Drive portfolio economics through the transformation lifecycle: diagnose & design; execution; and benefits realisation
What you need to have:
- Strong experience in formulating IT strategies, policies, and plans, as well as overseeing IT operations and security
- Expertise in IT and Change methodologies, including Agile, Risk, and Change Management, with a strong understanding of current technology trends
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and empower teams to drive operational efficiencies
- Proven track record of leading Operational Excellence initiatives to benefits realisation through the transformation lifecycle.
