Sous Chef,CHEF, CDP- Multiple positions ( $75,000 - $90,000) 482 Visas available
- Prepare, cook and serve food in accordance with menus
- Ensuring high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times
- Collaborate with Head Chef in developing the menu and creating new recipes
- Provide a safe working environment in the kitchen and back of house areas
- Accepting deliveries and checking invoices, weight and dates of product
- To act in accordance with the Company’s Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Workplace, Health & Safety and Quality Assurance programs and guidelines
- Breakfast and pastry experience is a plus.
