About the Opportunity
We are seeking Paediatric Occupational Therapists for flexible full-time, part-time, or contractor roles. Primarily clinic-based, with occasional community visits, the role offers tailored caseloads for professional growth. It is important to note that Senior Occupational Therapists will also have the opportunity to provide supervision and leadership to junior team members.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating tailored treatment plans
- Implementing sensory integration strategies to support client development
- Collaborating with families, educators, and fellow team members
- Leading school-based programs (two mornings a week)
- Providing ongoing monitoring and evaluation to ensure positive client outcomes
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will be warm, compassionate, and engaging—someone who energises children and colleagues alike. Our company values individuals with a strong work ethic who can provide guidance and support, creating a positive and collaborative environment for everyone involved.
To qualify, the candidate will need:
- Experience in paediatrics
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full registration with AHPRA
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Experience with sensory integration and equipment or studies in sensory integration (highly regarded)
- An ABN (if contracting)
- Proven experience working with children
