Dental Technician/Senior Dental Technician Opportunity in Port Macquarie/Laurieton NSW, Australia. [ $125 -$150K plus relocation allowance]
Are you a skilled and passionate dental technician looking to work and live in a pristine environment? We are seeking talented individuals to join our new team in Port Macquarie/Laurieton.
About the Role
As a Dental Technician or Senior Dental Technician, you will play a key role in crafting world-class dental restorations and prosthetics. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing high-quality dental products, including:
- Porcelain-layered crowns and bridges (PFM, PFZ, Emax)
- Implant and tooth-borne crowns and bridges
- Custom abutments and All-on-X/All-on-4 implant bridges
- Provisional crowns/bridges and diagnostic wax-ups
- Digital dentures and smile design using CAD/CAM
- Collaborating closely with dentists to meet case-specific requirements.
- Precision technical work such as waxing, polishing, and finishing.
- Mentoring and training junior technicians (for senior roles).
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards.
Applicant Requirements
We are seeking individuals with the following skills and qualifications:
- Porcelain Work:
- More than 5 years of PFM experience (anterior teeth). Annual income: $125,000–$150,000.
- More than 2 years of PFZ/Emax layering experience (posterior teeth). Annual income: $100,000–$125,000
- CAD/CAM Design:
- Proficiency in 3Shape/Exocad, including implant and DSD smile design (preferred). Annual income: $95,000–$125,000.
- Other Key Skills:
- Expertise in all-on-X prosthetics, monolithic restorations, and anterior high-aesthetic cases.
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, tooth morphology, and restorative aesthetics.
- A passion for craftsmanship and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
