As a Chef (indian cuisine), you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of high-quality Indian dishes in a full-time role. What you'll be doing
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes to a consistently high standard
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, quality control, and staff supervision
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
- Ensure all food safety and health regulations are strictly adhered to
- Provide exceptional customer service and support the front-of-house team as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,500.00 – $74,000.00 per year
