The Role
As Chef you will assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of our busy bistro and functions kitchen, ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of an exceptional standard of product. The role entails a mix of days, nights and weekend shifts.
The key deliverables of the role include (but not limited to):
- Be focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, in line with the company values and expectations.
- Diligently follow company processes and procedures
- Engage in positive and effective communication with your fellow team members
- Work effectively and efficiently to meet business demands and the expectations of the Head Chef
- Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to excellence and quality of food and be open to further training and development
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and OHS
- Experience in a fast paced kitchen desirable
- Ability to contribute cost effective and innovative menu ideas
