We are looking for a determined and passionate Sous chefs with sponsorship available and quality CDP's to join our teams in our Hunter teams. Our company is looking to fill multiple positions available within our Hotels.
The right person for the role will be a driven individual that enjoys the rush of a busy service and is adept at managing every area of the kitchen.
This is an opportunity to join a culinary team who aspire for greatness in a casual environment. A team who work together to deliver exceptional quality across all facets of the bistro operation

• Previous chef/cook experience within a similar fast-paced environment
• The ability to run a smooth, organized service

• Professional, polished appearance (for our open kitchen)
• A positive attitude
• Desire to succeed in your chosen career
• At least Certificate IV in Cookery + two years full-time experience OR four years of experience.
• Salary range 74k to 85K, depending on position and experience.
