What You’ll Do:
As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our Everton Park venue, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, high-quality experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example, setting the tone and importance for exceptional service standards.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day to day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience.
- Team Leadership: Train, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a supportive and results-driven culture.
- Venue Growth: Drive the success of the venue through guest experience and sales growth strategies.
- Staff Rostering: Create rosters that balance team needs with sales, labour and operational targets.
- Bar & Beverage Oversight: Manage bar operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
- Compliance: Maintain and enforce compliance with food and beverage regulations.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges head-on, turning obstacles into opportunities to shine.
About You:
You’re a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a drive to create unforgettable experiences for both guests and your team. We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings enthusiasm, energy, and optimism to everything they do.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-volume venue.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, staying cool under pressure while delivering outstanding results.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire, train, and retain a high-performing team.
- Possesses excellent organisational abilities, managing rosters, stock levels, and service quality seamlessly.
- Is service-focused, with a passion for delivering memorable experiences to guests.
- Has a knack for problem-solving, always looking for ways to improve operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicates effectively, building strong relationships with team members, suppliers, and customers.
- Values teamwork and positivity, creating a culture where every member feels valued and empowered to excel.
