We're looking for a visionary leader to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Networking and UC team, ensuring seamless support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our cutting-edge environment.
Location: South Guildford, WA
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hour days
What you’ll do:
- Architect and implement innovative network solutions
- Lead a technical team in optimising and troubleshooting network performance
- Engage with stakeholders to design cost-effective, high-performance solutions
- Develop and enforce network operations governance and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date design documentation and ensure efficient infrastructure operation
- Stay ahead of IT advancements and recommend enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or significant industry experience with relevant certifications (CCIE, CCAr)
- Strong understanding of network architecture, design, and implementation
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience with a technical team
- Proven experience in Cisco technologies
- Ability to make strategic architectural decisions considering cost, performance, and security
- Strong project management skills for complex network projects
- Experience managing multiple networks across dispersed locations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience liaising with vendors and managing contractual obligations
- Organised, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
